Cost and fees

The establishment of a limited liability company costs 510 € and the court fee for the registration in the Commercial Register is included. If the submission of registration application is not in an electronic form, the court fee for the registration in the Commercial Register is 300 € (which does not include a price for translation of legal documents, notary fee and a price for communication in English).

We offer the best price as we dispensewith e – signature and the administrative fee for a notification of an unqualified trade is free and the administrative fee for a notification of manufacturing trade and permitted trade is reduced by half.

The price for the legal dissolution of a solo trader depends on the requirements of a client.
